Portal Agencies
Showcase Central Portal Agencies are the owners of a website that the Showcase Central Plug-in is used on.
A Showcase Central Plug-in is a set of code used by websites to display the most popular showcases of a group determined by the portal agency. This group is often, but not necessarily, members of their own organization. The image below is one example, however a plug-in can be made to match any website and to display any showcase information.
The following are the benefits that a Portal Agency receives:
- One BUSINESS showcase
- Showcase membership to the SHOWCASE CENTRAL PARTNERS Community
- Website link shown randomly on showcases as part of the Portal Agency group
- The Showcase Central Media Kit including campaign codes
The following are the responsibilities of a Portal Agency:
- Display the Showcase Central Plug-in on corporate website on easily navigable page
- Update and maintain own showcase
- Determine parameters of group of showcases to display and maintain group as needed
- Allow the display of Showcase Central approved charities as part of the group of showcases shown by the plug-in
The following is the commission plan for a Portal Agency:
- Receive 20% commission of initial showcase sale to client
- Commission is only awarded when the showcase is purchased when coming directly from the Portal Agency site or the Portal Agency campaign code is used
The following are general notes for a Portal Agency:
- A Portal Agency does not receive any additional commission from additional purchases or showcase renewal by the showcaser after the initial showcase sale
- A Portal Agency is considered inactive when the Showcase Central Plug-in is removed from the Portal Agency website
- Inactive Portal Agencies are not eligible for commission and have their benefits revoked
- All commissions are paid on a monthly basis after receipt of client payment
- All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the Portal Agency
- Any agreements between the Marketing Agency and the Showcase Central client regarding showcase maintenance is the sole responsibility of the Portal Agency
